Live Two Fish Return & Refund Policy

At Live Two Fish, we want you to be confident in the tackle you choose. While most anglers love our products, we understand things happen—so we offer returns under the conditions below.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original, unopened packaging.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us at livextwoxfish@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Items must be unused, unmodified, and in sellable condition.

If approved, you may choose:

  • A store credit for the purchase amount (minus shipping), or

  • A replacement of the same item (if in stock).

We do not issue cash refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and inventory integrity, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened bait or soft plastics

  • Items showing use, damage, or wear

  • Final sale, promotional, or clearance items

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Live Two Fish error (wrong item or defective product). Returned packages must be postmarked within 5 days of return approval.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll replace the item or issue store credit once verified.

  • Items must be unused.

🕵️‍♂️ Fraud Prevention

To prevent abuse, returns from the same customer may be limited at our discretion. Excessive return requests or suspected misuse of our policy may result in denial of future returns.
